Terms & Conditions

Last updated 29 July 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. Please read them alongside our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) and [Delivery & Returns](/delivery-returns) policy. The seller's company details appear at the foot of every page.

About us

This website is operated by the company named in the footer. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to that company.

Placing an order

  • Our display of products is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we email confirmation and dispatch your goods.
  • All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
  • We take reasonable care to price and describe products accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you've ordered, we'll tell you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel described in [Delivery & Returns](/delivery-returns).

Handmade variation

Our pieces are made by hand in small batches. Minor variations in finish, weight and natural stones are inherent to how they're made and are not defects.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

Complaints

Email hello@minza.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve things quickly. Under the Online Dispute Resolution Regulation you may also use the EU ODR platform, though contacting us directly is usually faster.
